Breeding of New Middle-Early Soybean Cultivar Jiyu 337
Jiyu 337 was a new middle-early soybean cultivar,which was bred by the Soybean Research Institute of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2011 through sexual hybridization and pedigree selection with Gongjiao 05103-1 as the female parent and Gongjiao 06124-1 as the male parent.From 2019 to 2020,it participated in the regional trial of Jilin Province soybean middle-early group,the average yield in two years was 3 203.5 kg/ha,which was 6.3%higher than that of control cultivar.In 2020,it participated in the production trial of Jilin Province soybean middle-early group,the average yield was 3 537.4 kg/ha,which was 2.1%higher than that of control cultivar Jiyu 303.The average crude protein content was 39.77%and an average crude fat content of 19.67%,which was suitable for planting in early maturing soybeans in the eastern region of Jilin Province.In 2022,it passed the approval of Jilin Crop Variety Approval Committee,and the approval number was Jishendou 20220004.
