基于网络药理学的淡豆豉治疗骨质疏松药效作用分析

为探索淡豆豉治疗骨质疏松的作用效果及机制,文章利用网络药理学方法,通过TCMSP等数据库采集淡豆豉活性成分及对应作用靶点,采用Cytoscape软件构建活性成分-潜在疾病靶点网络图及蛋白相互作用(PPI)网络图,并对共同靶点进行GO和KEGG富集分析.结果表明,本研究共收集得到51个淡豆豉活性成分作用靶点、6 797个与骨质疏松疾病相关靶点及40个淡豆豉治疗骨质疏松的共同作用靶点.通过蛋白互作网络分析筛选出IL6、CASP3等15个核心蛋白.GO及KEGG富集分析表明,共同靶点参与肽基丝氨酸磷酸化、肽基丝氨酸修饰及类固醇激素反应等生物学过程,主要与脂质和动脉粥样硬化、IL-17及酒精性肝病等信号通路有关.
Analysis of the Pharmacological Effects of Sojae Semen Praeparatum in the Treatment of Osteoporosis Based on Network Pharmacology
In order to explore the effect and mechanism of Sojae Semen Praeparatum in the treatment of osteoporosis,this article adopted the method of network pharmacology,collected the active ingredients and corresponding action targets of Sojae Semen Praeparatum through TCMSP and other databases.The active ingredient-potential disease target network diagram and protein interaction network diagram(PPI)were constructed by Cytoscape software.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis were performed for common targets.The results showed that a total of 51 active constituents of Sojae Semen Praeparatum,6 797 osteoporosis related targets,and 40 common targets were obtained.15 core proteins including IL6,CASP3,et al.were screened through protein interaction network analysis.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that common targets participated in biological processes such as peptide serine phosphorylation,peptide serine modification,and response to steroid hormones,which were mainly related to lipids and atherosclerosis,IL-17,alcoholic liver disease and other signaling pathways.
