Breeding of High-Oil and High-Yield New Summer Soybean Cultivar Jidou 26
Jidou 26 was a new high-oil and high-yield summer soybean cultivar,which was bred by Institute of Cereal and Oil Crops of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences through sexual hybridization bulk population method with Jidou 17 as the female parent and Jidou 12 as the male parent.From 2020 to 2021,it participated in regional trial of summer soybean in Hebei Province,the average yield in two years was 3 619.7 kg/ha,which was 8.5%higher than that of control cultivar Jidou 12.In 2021,it participated in the production trial of summer soybean in Hebei Province,the average yield was 3 534.0 kg/ha,which was 10.7%higher than that of control cultivar Jidou 12.This cultival had a crude fat content of 22.56%and was a high oil variety,suitable for planting in the summer sowing areas of central and southern Hebei Province.In 2022,it passed the approval of Hebei Crop Variety Approval Committee,and the approval number was Jishendou 20220005.
