Genome-Wide Identification and Biology Information Analysis of GAPT Gene Family in Soybean
In order to understand the role of GPAT,a key gene in fatty acid accumulation pathway in vegetable oils,in soybean lipid synthesis, the soybean GPAT gene family was identified and its expression was analyzed by bioinformatics methods. The results showed that a total of 89 GmGPAT genes were identified in the whole soybean genome, distributed on 20 chromosomes.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the diversity and functional differentiation of soybean GPAT gene family was similar to that of Arabidopsis and Trib ulus alfalfa. The GmGPAT gene family structure was complex and diverse, and different genes may have differences in regulation and function. The gene promoter contained various regulatory elements of stress and hormone response. The collinearity analysis of gene families showed that the genomes of different plants had similarities and differences.Gene expression pattern analysis showed that GmGPAT expression pattern was divided into four clusters.Gene expression level of cluster Ⅰ was higher in flower bud, gene expression level of cluster Ⅳ was higher in grain, indicated that this gene might be involved in the formation of flower bud and grain.
