Effects of Rhizobium Treatment on Growth and Yield of Soybean
Soybean and rhizobia symbiont had strong nitrogen fixation ability.Rhizobia inoculation could improve the nitrogen fixation ability of soybean, reduce the use of nitrogen fertilizer, improve soil structure, reduce production cost, which was of great significance for sustainable development of agriculture. In this paper, rhizobium and probiotic inoculation of Chidou 3 were tested in three treatments, including conventional fertilization, rhizobium coating, rhizobium and probiotic compound coating, and analyzed the effects on the growth and yield of soybean. The results showed that the nodule number and nodule weight of Chidou 3 were increased by either single inoculation treatment or combined bacteria treatment. The branch number of main stem, pod number, kernel number, kernel weight and yield of Chidou 3 were significantly increased by combination treatment.Among them, the soybean yield after the combination of bacteria treatment was the highest, which increased 651.3 kg/ha compared with the control, and the increase rate was 29.3%.Compared with single inoculation treatment, the yield increased by 372.0 kg/ha and the yield increased by 14.9%.Combined bacteria treatment could promote soybean growth and increase soybean yield, and could be widely applied in production.
