Report on Demonstration Trials of New Soybean Varieties in Tonghua Areas

为筛选适宜通化地区种植的大豆新品种,文章以吉林省通化地区主推的5份大豆品种作供体亲本,11份蛋白质含量较高的大豆品种作受体亲本,采用不完全双列杂交设计对其杂交后代(F1代)进行田间出苗率、农艺性状、产量性状及品质性状筛选评价.结果表明,P8、P29、P36、P37和P45农艺性状及产量表现不佳,建议作淘汰处理.其余11份材料性状表现良好且优于吉育86(CK),分别为P1、P5、P10、P11、P22、P25、P30、P41、P42、P49和P50.其中P25综合表现最佳,适宜在通化地区推广种植.
In order to screen new soybean varieties suitable for cultivation in Tonghua area,this article used five soybean varieties recommended by Tonghua area in Jilin Province were used as donor parents and 11 soybean varieties with high protein content were used as recipient parents.The field emergence rate,agronomic character,yield character and quality character of F1 generation were screened and evaluated by incomplete diallel cross design.The results showed that the agronomic traits and yield performance of P8,P29,P36,P37,and P45 were poor,and it was recommended to be eliminated.The remaining 11 materials showed good and superior traits compared to Jiyu 86(CK).The other 11 materials showed good characters and were better than the control,P1,P5,P10,P11,P22,P25,P30,P41,P42,P49 and P50.Among them,P25 had the best comprehensive performance and was suitable for promoting planting in Tonghua area.
