Effects of Maize-Soybean Rotation on the Quantity and Nutrient of Rhizosphere Soil Microorganisms
Continuous cropping of soybeans could easily cause soil microbial damage, exacerbation of pests and diseases, and severe yield reduction.Maize-soybean rotation was an important cultivation measure in agricultural production, which had the function of regulating and restoring soil microecology. The article analyzed the effects of different maize-soybean rotation methods on the number of rhizosphere soil microorganisms and nutrient content through field positioning experiments. The results showed that compared to continuous cropping of maize and soybean,maize-soybean rotation could significantly promote the proliferation of rhizosphere soil bacteria and actinomycetes, and reduced the number of fungi. In addition,maize-soybean rotation could increase the nutrient content of rhizosphere soil such as organic matter and alkaline nitrogen, which was beneficial for crop growth. In production, the MSS(maize-soybean-soybean rotation)t reat ment mode was the appropriate rotation cultivation mode for promotion and application.
