土壤盐碱化是影响农作物产量的主要因素之一,盐碱土地改良利用是世界性难题.在我国,盐碱地分布广泛,占比较高.大豆是重要经济和油料作物,开发和利用耐盐碱大豆种质资源对提高大豆耐盐碱能力,发展大豆产业和保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义.文章综述盐碱胁迫对大豆危害、大豆耐盐碱生理调控机制、大豆耐盐碱基因发掘及功能研究和利用生物技术提高大豆耐盐碱性,展望耐盐碱大豆研究方向,旨在为耐盐碱大豆品种培育提供理论和技术支撑.
Recent Developments of Salt and Alkali Tolerance in Soybean
Soil salinization was one of the main factors affecting crop yield,and the improvement and utilization of saline-alkali land was a worldwide problem.In China,saline alkali land was widely distributed and accounts for a relatively high proportion.Soybean was an important economic and oil crop.Developing and utilizing salt alkali tolerant soybean germplasm resources was of great significance for improving soybean salt alkali tolerance,developing soybean industry,and ensuring national food security.This article summarized the harm of salt alkali stress to soybeans,the physiological regulation mechanism of soybean salt alkali tolerance,the exploration and functional research of soybean salt alkali tolerant genes,and the use of biotechnology to improve soybean salt alkali tolerance.It also looked forward to the research direction of salt alkali tolerant soybeans,aiming to provide theoretical and technical support for the cultivation of salt alkali tolerant soybean varieties.
