Breeding of New High-Yield Soybean Cultivar Qinong 25
Qinong 25 was a new soybean cultivar bred by the Qiqihar Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences using a hybrid combination of Nengfeng 15 as the female parent and Henong 60 as the male parent,and selected through pedigree method.This cultivar had a plant height of 86 cm,with indeterminate pod-bearing habit,branching,high-yield,and good consistency,specificity,and stability.The average crude protein content was 40.11%,and the average crude fat content was 20.97%,it exhibits moderate resistance to gray leaf spot disease.The number of growing days in the adaptation zone was 120 days,which was suitable for planting in the second accumulated temperature zone of Heilongjiang Province,with an active accumulated temperature of ≥10 ℃ and above 2 450 ℃.From 2019 to 2020,it participated in the Heilongjiang Provincial Soybean Variety Consortium Regional Trial(southern zone of the second accumulated temperature zone),with an average yield of 2 894.8 kg/ha,which was 9.4%higher than that of the control variety Hefeng 55.In 2021,it participated in the production trial of the Heilongjiang Soybean Variety Consortium(southern region of the second accumulated temperature zone),achieving an average yield of 2 805.1 kg/ha,which was 20.97%higher than that of the control variety Hefeng 55.It passed the approval of Heilongjiang Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2022,and the approval number was Heishendou 12022L0005.
