高校女生网球正反手技术教学实证研究

摘要
目前，大多数高校都开设了网球课程作为体育选修课程，大学生选修网球运动的人数不断增加，对网球的喜爱程度不断升温，使网球运动已经成为大学体育课程的热门项目之一。但是，在高校网球课程的教学方法上大都仍采用小班教学的形式，教学方法单一，教学效果并不理想。本文以辽宁对外经贸学院网球选修课的96名女生同学为研究对象，通过实验教学，开展实证研究，针对女生网球正反手技术的掌握情况分析问题，并提出解决建议，最终形成适合高校女生的网球教学形式与方法。
Abstract
Tennis becomes a popular class in universities and colleges as more and more university students are fond of it. But the teaching method for tennis class is face-to-face teaching or few class teaching which don't fully conform the teaching characteristic in universities and colleges. The paper proposes some references in order to choose girls' tennis teaching form, pattern and method by teaching experiment and research.
