Shaolin Wushu not only has the characteristics of being powerful and changeable,being based on actual combat and paying attention to technical attacks,but also contains the Chinese national spirit of martial spirit,chivalrous spirit,compassion and humility,vigor and vitality,and humility and tolerance.Obviously,carrying out Chinese national spirit education with Shaolin Wushu as important content is helpful to cultivate the national spirit of unremitting self-improvement and the national feelings of loving the country and the family among young people.Therefore,we should take Shaolin Wushu training,Shaolin Wushu etiquette and Shaolin Wushu competitions as the important content of national spirit education,and inherit Shaolin Wushu culture and carry forward Chinese national spirit by the methods of improving the Shaolin Wushu inheritance mechanism,strengthening Shaolin Wushu culture education and holding Shaolin Wushu competitions.
