Value Implications,Problem Review and Development Strategies of Developing Traditional National Physical Education Courses in Colleges and Universities
As important positions for cultivating future social elites and disseminating culture,colleges and universities should actively promote the introduction and development of traditional national sports to inject fresh vitality into college physical education,effectively connect tradition and modernity,as well as culture and sports,and promote the inheritance and development of traditional culture.It is found that the development of traditional national physical education courses in colleges and universities is conducive to inheriting the excellent culture of the Chinese nation,enhancing the emotions of various ethnic groups,enriching the content system of physical education,enhancing students'interest in learning,forming the teaching characteristics of physical education,and highlighting the value of physical education.At the same time,the development of traditional national physical education courses in colleges and universities is also faced with practical problems such as insufficient funds and equipment,difficulty in developing diversified traditional national physical education courses,general teaching staff,the lack of college teachers with traditional sports knowledge,the imperfect teaching system,and the lack of curriculum teaching with traditional national sports characteristics and content depth.It is suggested to enrich the content and form of traditional physical education curriculum resources in colleges and universities,cultivate the teaching staff of traditional national physical education in colleges and universities,improve the course evaluation system of traditional national physical education in colleges and universities,and actively carry out the multi-subject exchange of traditional national physical education in colleges and universities,so as to provide effective development strategies for colleges and universities to develop traditional national physical education courses and popularize traditional sports and culture more extensively.
