In order to solve the current employment dilemma of graduate students with master's degree in physical education,this paper analyzes the employment situation,recruitment requirements,career choices and employment concepts.The results show that the current employment dilemma of graduate students with master's degree in physical education is mainly related to factors such as the personal abilities,employment concepts,market job supply and training process of graduate students.At the individual level,it is necessary to strengthen their own abilities to enhance their competitive advantages,and clarify their career plans to correct their employment concepts.At the social level,it is necessary to reduce regional development differences to promote the development of the sports industry,and actively implement employment policies to build a healthy employment environment.At the level of the training process,it is necessary to optimize the training curriculum to strengthen the cultivation of professional knowledge,and improve the allocation of school resources to improve the guidance of employment planning.
