Solutions to Alleviate the Contradiction Between the Learning and Training of Reserve Talents for Competitive Sports Under the Background of the Integration of Sports and Education
By comprehensively using the literature method,expert interview method and logical analysis method,based on strategies to alleviate the contradiction between the learning and training of foreign competitive sports reserve talents,based on the national conditions of China,this paper studies the practical difficulties and essential causes of the contradiction between the learning and training of competitive sports reserve talents from the perspective of the integration of sports and education,and proposes optimization strategies.Realistic dilemmas:The training model needs to be innovated urgently,departments and markets are loose,and talent education places more emphasis on intelligence than physical fitness.Essential causes:Sports and education departments act independently,departments and markets have their own systems,and the cognition of subjects are different.Optimization strategies:Seize policy opportunities to innovate training models,introduce market forces to coordinate efforts from all parties,and accept ideological enlightenment to enhance cultural cultivation.
