Research on the Construction of Modular Physical Education Curricula of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of the Integration of Sports and Education
School physical education plays an important role in promoting students'physical and mental health development,enhancing their physical fitness and tempering their willpower,and vocational physical education teaching is one of the important means to cultivate high-quality talents.From the perspective of the integration of sports and education,this paper proposes the multi-dimensional strategies of finding out the positioning,clarifying the educational goals of physical education courses,actively constructing a"3+X+X"modular curriculum system that is in line with the development of the school,reconstructing a"post-oriented and student-centered"flexible curriculum module,strengthening lifelong sports awareness and improving classroom evaluation system,so as to provide ideas for the construction and development of vocational physical education courses with professional characteristics.
