Dilemma and Innovative Path of the Construction of College Physical Education Teaching Staff from the Perspective of the Curriculum on the Ideological and Political Dimension
Through the literature method,logical analysis method and other methods,this study aims to reflect on the difficulties in the construction of college physical education teaching staff from the perspective of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension on the basis of analyzing the current situation of college physical education teaching staff,so as to provide a feasible path for strengthening college physical education teaching staff.The results indicate that the construction of college physical education teaching staff faces four dilemmas:the theoretical knowledge of ideological and political education,the elements of PE ideological and political education,the training system of ideological and political education,and the awareness of ideological and political education.It is believed that the construction of college physical education teaching staff should be carried out from the external path and the internal path from the perspective of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension.The external path is that the state strengthens policy support to optimize teacher training models,and that the Education Bureau and the Sports Bureau collaborate to carry out the training of PE ideological and political education,and the internal path is to transform the assessment concept to exert the incentive effect of assessment,actively participate in training to continuously improve the ability to educate people and enhance theoretical reserves to give play to the role of collaborative education,in order to actively respond to and solve the current difficulties in the construction of college physical education teaching staff.
