Research on the Employment Status and Development Countermeasures of Students Majoring in Physical Education in Sichuan University of Arts and Science
At present,the employment problem of college graduates is becoming more and more prominent.This paper mainly discusses how to improve the employment quality of physical education majors in Sichuan University of Arts and Science under the background of the"14th Five-Year Plan"employment promotion planning policy.With the employment status and development countermeasures of students majoring in physical education in Sichuan University of Arts and Science as the theme,this paper aims to deeply understand the employment status of students majoring in physical education in Sichuan University of Arts and Science,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures.Relevant data and information are collected by the methods of field research and literature review.The research shows that the employment rate of students majoring in physical education in Sichuan University of Arts and Science is relatively high,but there are a series of problems in their employment such as unstable employment positions and low salary,and that the job market has a great demand for students majoring in physical education,but competition is fierce,which needs to improve students'comprehensive quality and professional ability.Based on research results,this paper puts forward a series of development countermeasures,including improving the education and training mode,improving the employment guidance and service,strengthening the cooperation among industries,etc.,which can help to improve students'employment competitiveness and satisfaction and promote their good employment.This paper has practical guiding significance for the employment development of students majoring in physical education in Sichuan University of Arts and Science,and provides new ideas and reference for related research.
