Research on the Theory and Practice of Physical Training for Football Players
Football is a high-intensity team sport,and it requires players to run for long periods of time,change directions quickly and perform high-intensity explosive activities such as jumping,turning and grabbing the ball,which put forward high requirements for the physical quality of players,such as endurance,speed,agility,flexibility and strength.In modern football games,physical training has become one of the key factors to improve the team's competitive level,and the physical training of football players is a key factor in ensuring that they perform at their best in the game.With the popularity of football,the requirements for the physical fitness of players are also increasing,so an effective approach to physical training is essential.This paper will focus on the physical training of football players,and analyze its theoretical basis and practical path,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the systematic and targeted physical training of football players in China.
