Research on the Technique Application of Young Male Wushu Sanda Athletes in Guizhou Province from the Perspective of the"Three-Strike"Theory
In order to deeply understand the current situation of the application of techniques and tactics of young male Wushu sanda athletes in the competition in Guizhou Province,this paper analyzes the technical application characteristics of young male Wushu sanda athletes in the competitive group at the Eleventh Provincial Games in Guizhou in 2022 from the aspects of punching,leg and wrestling skills from the perspective of the"three-strike"theory.The results show that leg skills had become main scoring techniques for young male Wushu sanda athletes in Guizhou Province,which were mainly based on whip leg and forward kick skills,supplemented by side kick and turning leg skills,punching skills were based on forward punching skills,supplemented by chucking skills,and wrestling skills were mainly based on scoring 1 point for two sides falling to the ground successively after receiving punching and scoring 2 points for this side standing up after receiving leg punching and knocking out the opponent.In view of the above situations,this paper points out the factors that affected the technical performance of young male Wushu sanda athletes in Guizhou Province,and proposes suggestions such as strengthening the basic skill training to improve the technical level,paying attention to the training of punch and leg combination techniques to improve the scoring ability,strengthening psychological quality training to improve competition performance,and enriching competition experience to enhance competition strategies,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the training of young male Wushu sanda athletes in Guizhou Province.
