Exploration of the Promotion Path of Naval Pentathlon Subjects and the Training Method of Steeplechases
The project aims to implement Xi Jinping's thought on strengthening the military and the education policy of military academies in the new era,and carry out the reform of navy pentathlon training with the main content of"scientific training and promotion"to improve the military physical quality and skills of undergraduate students.Through the literature method,research method and video analysis method,this paper explores the actual combat background and the feasible promotion path of the navy pentathlon,and analyzes movement standards and training methods with the steeplechase in the navy pentathlon as an example.The first is to solve the problem of poor training effects.This paper takes the steeplechase event in the navy pentathlon as an example,and solves the problems of"popular"and"elite"training by clarifying the training content,training standards,training steps,etc.and implementing"hierarchical"and"advanced"training,so as to improve training quality and efficiency.The second is to solve the problem of unsmooth promotion.This paper seeks effective implementation methods for project promotion to promote the promotion,popularization,development and construction of the naval pentathlon in China and the military.
