Influence of Reciting Research on Physical Education in Class on the Teaching Effect of College Physical Education
To study the impact of reciting Research on Physical Education in college physical education classes on teaching effects,this paper analyzes the reasons for the poor teaching effect of physical education by using literature,teaching experiments and questionnaire survey methods,interprets the meaning of physical education in Research on Physical Education,and conducts a survey of students in recitation classes.Through research,it is found that traditional college physical education courses mainly focus on physical exercise and technical learning,and that most students are in a state of forced exercise and passive learning and lack exercise motivation after class.Reciting Research on Physical Education in physical education classes can effectively improve students'sports awareness,enhance their physical education values,enhance their physical health awareness,strengthen the idea of health first,improve the professional literacy of physical education teachers,and enrich the cultural connotations of physical education courses,so as to awaken students'willingness to exercise consciously.This paper advocates the application of the teaching method of reciting Research on Physical Education in university physical education courses and the natural integration of ideological and political elements into class teaching to continuously improve teaching effects.
