This paper mainly expounds the aim and significance of constructing the community education base of sports health care and rehabilitation,its frame structure,the main content of"Sports + Health"construction in community services,etc.The project mainly carries out exploratory practice in three aspects:popular science propaganda and education,physical fitness monitoring and exercise prescription,and sports rehabilitation technique services in the community education base of sports health care and rehabilitation,to provide community residents with the scientific,reasonable and individualized sports health care and rehabilitation services of"Sports+ Health",which shows the characteristics and highlights of the community education base of sports health care and rehabilitation of sports vocational colleges.
