Excavation and Integration of Ideological and Political Elements of University Physical Education Under the Field of Fostering Virtue Through Education——Based on the Perspective of University Counselors
There is a natural fit between physical education and ideological and political education.Under the big environment of colleges and universities,teachers and counselors in physical education majors should play the synergistic role and jointly play the"main melody"of fostering virtue through education.The research holds that the excavation and integration of ideological and political elements in college physical education comply with the historical logic of"passing the flame and having a long history",fit the academic logic of"nourishing the body and casting the soul,and combing moral and physical education",and conform to the realistic logic of"chiming in in agreement".In the process of excavation and integration,the tool-oriented objects of the ideological and political education of college physical education include students,the teachers of professional courses,counselors,schools,society and other levels,which not only contain explicit know-what and skill acquisition of the ideological and political education of physical education,but also can be internalize into implicit thinking patterns,cultural beliefs,emotional attitudes,values,etc.From the perspective of counselors,for the excavation and integration of the ideological and political elements of physical education,on the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen the communication with professional teachers,truly participate in students'physical education courses and activities and jointly build a platform for collaborative education,and on the other hand,it is necessary to give full play to their own functional advantages,strengthen the ability of instrumental assistance in ideological and political education,and take a certain sports project as a pilot to independently design and carry out the ideological and political courses of physical education,so as to be"observers,pathfinders and aftercares",and truly integrate physical education and ideological and political education.
