Research on the Excavation and Integration Path of Ideological and Political Elements in the Principles of Exercise Prescription Course from the Perspective of Fostering Virtue Through Education
From the perspective of fostering virtue through education,in order to achieve all-staff,whole-process and all-round education,the construction of physical education courses on the ideological and political dimension has become a focus of teaching work in colleges and universities.The Principles of Exercise Prescription course plays a very important role in cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities.In order to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,it is necessary to excavate the ideological and political elements of Principles of Exercise Prescription in the cultivation of patriotism,proactive health concepts,scientific rigor and thinking innovation abilities.Based on this,this article elaborates on the integration path of ideological and political elements from five aspects:improving the goals of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,innovating curriculum teaching methods,enriching practical activity forms,improving curriculum evaluation systems and strengthening teaching staff construction.
