Impact of After-School Delayed Sports Services on Adolescents'Negative Emotions——Based on the Mediated Effect of Self-Efficacy and Psychological Resilience
This study explores the relationship among after-school delayed sports services,self-efficacy,psychological resilience and adolescents'negative emotions. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the participation of after-school delayed sports services and adolescents'negative emotions such as depression, anxiety and stress, and that self-efficacy and psychological resilience play the important mediating role in the relationship between after-school delayed sports services and adolescents'negative emotions. Therefore, when teenagers participate in after-school extended physical activities, they should choose appropriate sports and exercise intensity, time and frequency to improve their own self-efficacy and psychological resilience, and families should also provide a conducive environment for adolescents to grow up.
