The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to uphold the people-centered development philosophy,promote the construction of a high-quality education system,promote the development of quality education,achieve educational equity and continue to implement the strategy of giving priority to education,so it is of great significance to study the influence factors of the teaching ability development of college physical education teachers to the discipline construction,professional setting and talent training in colleges and universities.In this paper,the literature method,factor analysis method and mathematical statistic analysis method are used to analyze the influence factors of the teaching ability development of college physical education teachers in Chongqing,aiming to find out the current reasons that affect the teaching development ability of college physical education teachers in Chongqing,and provide a valuable reference for promoting the high-quality development of the teaching of college physical education teachers in Chongqing.
