In order to find out the relationship between shooting follow-throughs and field goal percentage,this paper uses the comparative experimental to study and analyze the influence of shooting follow-throughs on the mechanics principle of shooting,and the flight trajectory and flight state of the ball.In the experiment,according to various different follow-throughs during shooting,this paper explores different teaching methods and steps,carries out targeted practice,improves shooting follow-throughs,and finally compares data to show that standard shooting follow-throughs can improve field goal percentage.Through the in-depth study of follow-throughs during shooting,this paper also concludes that doing a good job of shooting follow-throughs can help to correct the wrong action when shooting,and that Incorrect follow-up actions can affect shooting accuracy.
