Research on Lower Limb Strength Training of College Wushu Routine Athletes
Physical fitness is the core and guarantee of competitive sports.In order to improve athletes'competitive ability and maintain their competitive level,they need to reserve sufficient physical fitness.Especially for college professional Wushu routine athletes,scientific,targeted and systematic training based on the perspective of special physical fitness can improve their physical fitness and functions such as sensitivity,flexibility and strength in an all-round way,and lay the foundation for effectively completing the entire set of Wushu drill,Therefore,this article conducts the research and analysis of the relevant content of the lower limb strength training of college Wushu routine athletes.
