In the information age,the teaching of physical education informationization in higher vocational colleges has been pushed to a new height.Whether it is a way to lead teaching innovation or solve the shortcomings of traditional teaching,the new technical means has played an important role.At present,colleges and universities have carried out the innovation and exploration of the teaching level of informationization.However,due to the marginalized position of physical education courses,the informatization level of teachers is not high,which leads to many obstacles in the teaching reform of informationization.In this regard,specific optimization strategies are put forward from the aspects of resource development,teaching means update,platform construction and teacher training,so as to promote the reform of physical education informationization.
