Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Public Sports Services for the Disabled in Hohhot City from the Perspective of Integrating People with and Without Disability
The sport for the disabled is one of the organic components of China's sports industry,and the development of sports for the disabled in China has achieved significant results,especially in competitive sports,but public sports services for the disabled are still in its early stages.This article uses methods such as literature,interviews and field investigation to study the demand and supply of sports activities and sports venue facilities of the disabled,their sports participation,and the integration of people with and without disability in sports construction in Hohhot City including physical,institutional and psychological aspects.Research has found that there are problems in current public sports services for the disabled in Hohhot City,for example,mechanisms and facilities for people with and without disability are incomplete,public service platforms have not been established yet,imperfect public service systems lead to supply-demand imbalance,insufficient investment funds and insufficient public sports service and public product supply lead to unequal opportunities for the disabled to participate,and channels for information dissemination are insufficient and uninformed.In response to the above issues,the following countermeasures are proposed.Establish and enrich its own public sports service platforms for the disabled.Update and improve the current public sports service system for the disabled.Increase funding to sports for the disabled.Enhance the awareness of sports participation among the disabled.Maximize the utilization of resources to achieve the goal of integrating people with and without disability and sharing sports.
