At present,the problem of population aging in China is increasingly intensifying,and the aging problem has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.The development of sports for the elderly is of great significance to actively respond to population aging.Using literature,logical analysis and other methods,this paper summarizes and extracts the value implication of the high-quality development of sports for the elderly in the context of aging,analyzes the practical dilemma of the development of sports for the elderly in China from the three aspects of participating subjects,the management level and the supply level,and puts forward the solution path for the high-quality development of sports for the elderly in China,namely,establishing fitness awareness to improve health literacy,precisely positioning public services to coordinate the joint management of multi subjects,and eliminating the imbalance between supply and demand of sports to implement the talent reserve project.
