Analysis of the Effect of Taichi Training on the Body Balance Control of College Students
In order to solve the problem of the insufficient body balance control ability of modern college students,this paper takes Taichi training as an example,and conducts in-depth research on its role in improving the body balance control ability of college students.This paper first analyzes the importance of the body balance of college students,then expounds the positive effects of Taichi training on body balance control from the aspects of improving the neuromuscular coordination ability,enhancing the stability of core muscles and promoting physical and mental integration and consciousness concentration,and finally puts forward specific Taichi training strategies,hoping to provide some useful references for the Taichi training of contemporary college students,and provide important references for improving their body balance control ability and overall health level.
