Practical Research on the Idea of"People First"Leading Sports Skilled Talent Evaluation
Through the idea of"people first",the system of sports skilled talent evaluation is reviewed to provide reference suggestions for the work of sports skilled talents.The survey research method and interview method are used to analyze the practical path and new problems of the idea of"people first"leading sports skilled talent evaluation in China.Main conclusions:The idea of"people first"is integrated into the whole process of sports skilled talent evaluation,which leads practice from the four dimensions of evaluation systems,evaluation standards,evaluation teams and evaluation methods,so as to realize the individual value of sports skill talents,improve people's well-being and promote the common prosperity of society.Suggestions:It is necessary to deepen theoretical practice to adhere to the Party's overall leadership,strengthen supervision and guidance to improve the quality and efficiency of evaluation,give full play to the empowerment of science and technology to enhance digital technology support,and adhere to the integration of evaluation and application to improve the post-evaluation system guarantee.
