SWOT Analysis of Serving Air Volleyball in After-School Services Under the Background of"Double Reduction"
Based on the background of the"double reduction"policy,this paper uses the SWOT model and the literature method and the logical analysis method to analyze air volleyball in after-school sports extended services.The findings are as follows.Strengths:It improves the physical health level of children and keeps them happy,the teaching difficulty is moderate with high safety factors,technical movements are simplified with loose and flexible rules,and it carries forward the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team and integrates it into ideological and political education.Weaknesses:There is a cognitive perception bias and low popularity,there are insufficient teachers with the lack of teaching experience,and venue facilities are not perfect,which inhibits the enthusiasm of participation.Opportunities:National policy support builds rule of law guarantees,and the need for physical development promotes extracurricular development.Threats:There is small competitive advantages and the low degree of attention,and insufficient funding leads to the lack of performance guarantees.The realization paths are to innovate teaching content to promote physical development,seize external opportunities to improve competitive advantages,multifariously and collaboratively educate together and improve performance guarantees,pay attention to policy support and improve venue facilities,and build the teacher staff and strengthen promotion and publicity.
