Research on the Fear Psychology of Adolescent Female Students to Sports During the Physiological Period
Students'active participation in sports can not only promote their physical growth and development,but also improve the functional level of their various organ systems.After students enter pubertal development,there are significant differences in the form,physiological function and psychological characteristics between male and female students,and especially female students are affected by factors such as outdated concepts,physical discomfort and improper activity arrangement during the physiological stage,which leads to their fear of sports during the physiological period.How to improve this situation and guide female students to engage in appropriate physical activities during the physiological period has also become a closely watched and pondered issue by current physical education teachers.Based on the characteristics of the physical exercise of female students during the physiological period,this article elaborates on the importance of their appropriate physical exercise during the physiological period,and proposes several strategies to effectively overcome their fear of physical exercise during the physiological period from deepening their understanding of physical exercise,strengthening health education during the physiological period,scientifically arranging physical exercise and establishing a monthly-card system,for reference.
