摘要
对新时代新征程背景下我国青少年校园足球发展面临的困囿进行分析.研究认为,尽管我国校园足球在课程建设、竞赛体系、资源条件、政策治理、社会参与、管理协调等方面做了大量工作并取得了一定效果,但在这些方面仍面临着一些困囿.其主要表现:教学训练问题众多、有效开展竞赛有待加强、管理体制融合问题突出、资源条件质量仍需提高、政策内容存在不足、推进能力有待提升.因此提出对策:健全教学训练体系,满足学生真实需求;大力丰富基层联赛,衔接好各大校园足球联赛;建立校园足球共同体下的相关职能部门联动机制;优化师资、丰富经费场地等硬件条件;精细化、明确化相关政策内容,严格落实政策.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the development of youth campus football in China in the new journey in the new era.The research points out that campus football in China has done a lot of work in the aspects of curriculum construction,competition systems,resource conditions,policy governance,social participation,management coordination,etc.and achieved certain results but it still faces some difficulties in these aspects,which are mainly manifested in many problems in teaching and training,the effective development of competitions to be strengthened,the prominent problems of the integration of management systems,the quality of resource conditions to be improved,insufficient policy content,and the promotion ability to be improved.It proposes countermeasures to improve the teaching and training system to meet the real needs of students,vigorously enrich grassroots leagues to link up major campus football leagues,establish the linkage mechanism of relevant functional departments under the campus football community,optimize teaching staff and enrich hardware conditions such as funding and venues,and refine and clarify relevant policy content to strictly implement policies.
