Strategies for Enhancing Core Strength in High School Sports Training
The high school stage is a crucial period for students'learning and growth,and having good sports concepts and physical fitness is an important part of promoting the development of their comprehensive quality to lay a foundation for their future development.However,the actual results of past high school sports training were not ideal,and they were unable to play a positive role in students'growth.Guided by the concept of quality education and the Healthy China strategy,the importance of high school physical education teaching is increasing,and the role of sports training is more and more apparent.In this context,the improvement of core strength in high school sports training is particularly crucial.Based on this,this article analyzes the importance of core strength training in high school sports training based on the concept of core strength,and explores principles and strategies for enhancing core strength.
