With the global popularity of Taekwondo,the intensity of competitive events continues to increase,and the complexity and professionalism of tactical application also increase.In this context,this study aims to explore and analyze tactical application methods in Taekwondo competitions,in order to enhance the competitive ability and tactical understanding level of athletes.Considering the uncertainty and competitiveness of Taekwondo competitions,this study will focus on how to flexibly apply tactics to cope with different opponents and competition situations,including strategic deployment in the opening stage,tactical adjustments in the mid round,and on-the-spot response in the decisive stage.In addition,considering the continuous innovation of techniques and strategies in sports competitions,the study aims to reflect the attention and understanding of the development trend of modern Taekwondo tactics,so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for coaches,athletes and Taekwondo enthusiasts,and promote the overall improvement of the competitive level of Taekwondo.
