Research on the Practice of Core Strength Training in Youth Swimming Training
In many sports,swimming is not only a sport,but also is a survival skill,and it is deeply loved by teenagers.In swimming training,it is inseparable from necessary core strength training.This paper will analyze the importance and shortcomings of core strength training.It analyzes its importance from the perspectives of techniques,safety and the development of youth training,discusses its shortcomings from different perspectives such as the attention of coaches,time arrangement and mode selection,and summarizes the specific strategies of core strength training in adolescent swimming training based on the development needs of adolescents,so as to ensure that core strength training can provide a boost for the development of young people in youth swimming training.
