Exploration of the Contemporary Concepts and Methods of Physical Training on Tennis
With the advancement of science and technology and the development of sports science,tennis has shifted from a purely technical and tactical competition to a multi-dimensional competition of comprehensive physical fitness,techniques,tactics and psychology.In this environment,physical training becomes a key to improving the competitive level of players,which is not only related to their performance on the field,but also directly affects the durability of competitions and the execution of tactics.In addition,with the extension of players'career and the increase of their competition intensity,the role of physical training in sports injury prevention and players'health management is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,this study aims to deeply explore the contemporary concepts and methods of physical training on tennis,hoping to provide tennis players with scientific and systematic strategies for improving their physical fitness to cope with the challenges of high-level tennis competitions
