The CCtalk platform is a multifunctional online educational platform that provides a convenient teaching and learning environment for teachers and students.This paper discusses the application of the CCtalk platform in the design and implementation of the personalized teaching of specialized college physical education courses,which specifically includes determining teaching objectives and content,designing personalized teaching strategies and methods,formulating assessment and feedback mechanisms,and enhancing interaction and communication with students.The application of the CCtalk platform can improve teaching effects,meet the individual needs of students,and promote interaction between teaching and learning.
