Exploration of Strategies for Track and Field Teaching Reform in Colleges and Universities in China Under the Background of the Integration of Sports and Education
This paper discusses the problems and strategies of track and field teaching reform in colleges and universities in China under the background of the integration of sports and education.At present,there are problems in track and field teaching in colleges and universities,such as the biased cognitive orientation,boring teaching content,single assessment method,insufficient theoretical and practical level of teachers and insufficient curriculum attraction.In order to solve these problems,this paper explores corresponding reform strategies by using the methods of logical analysis and literature review,including innovating ideas to affirm the value of track and field,introducing interesting games to innovate teaching methods,strengthening teacher training to optimize their teaching skills,expanding extracurricular activities to support track and field teaching,and setting up personalized standards to improve the evaluation mechanism,aiming to improve the quality and attractiveness of track and field teaching in colleges and universities and promote the all-round development of students.By implementing these strategies,we can promote the deep integration of track and field teaching and physical education in colleges and universities,and make contributions to cultivating talents with healthy physique and all-round quality.
