Under the background of the new era,if college Wushu teaching wants to obtain good teaching results,it is inseparable from an appropriate and effective teaching mode.This paper mainly adopts research methods such as expert interviews and logical analysis to study the online and offline integrated teaching mode of college Wushu,and gives specific suggestions for college Wushu teaching from three dimensions,three stages and six links,in order to provide reference for college Wushu teaching and promote the development of school Wushu.
