Roles of the Development of the Social Sports Instructional Staff in Promoting the Integration of Sports and Education in Guangxi
With the successful conclusion of the 1st Student(Youth)Games of the People's Republic of China,Guangxi submitted a perfect answer sheet to national people on the integrative development of sports and education.Behind this perfect answer sheet,Guangxi deepened its regularity understanding of doing a good job in various work under the development requirements of sports-education integration,which boiled the hot power of the social sports instructional staff in Guangxi.This article analyzes the development status of the social sports instructional staff and the integration of sports and education in Guangxi and its demand for social sports instructors in Guangxi.On this basis,this article explores the role of the social sports instructional staff in promoting the development of sports-education integration in Guangxi.Research believes that the development of the social sports instructional staff in Guangxi can not only improve the scientificity and effectiveness of physical education in the entire region,but also promote the smooth and high-quality development of sports events and the integrative development of school sports and social sports in the entire region,so as to provide talent reserves for the coordinated development of the strategies of building a leading sporting nation and building a leading sporting region.
