Mediating Effects of the Fear of Missing Out in the Relationship Between the Physical Exercise Environment and Mobile Phone Addiction in Colleges and Universities
Objective:To explore whether the mediating effect of the fear of missing out in the relationship between the physical exercise environment and mobile phone addiction in colleges and universities is significant.Method:A total of 738 college students were conducted a questionnaire survey with the physical exercise environment scale,mobile phone addiction index and the user's fear of missing out scale in the mobile social media environment.Result:The fear of missing out played a partial mediating role in the process of the physical exercise environment affecting the mobile phone addiction of college students,with an effect ratio of 44.23%.Conclusion:The physical exercise environment can indirectly improve the mobile phone addiction tendency of college students through the fear of missing out.
