The autonomous learning method is a learning method that is opposite to traditional"receptive learning"and is one of the essential learning qualities that college students must possess in volleyball classrooms.Students who master self-directed learning methods have more outstanding learning outcomes,making it easier for teachers to achieve a certain teaching objective,and the scientific application of self-directed learning methods has become the key for teachers to cultivate comprehensive and creative talents.The article focuses on the importance and principles of self-directed learning in volleyball teaching in colleges and universities,extends specific strategies for applying self-directed learning methods,and supplements several precautions,so as to provide teaching ideas and inspiration for relevant teachers.
