Biomechanical Analysis and Application of Improving Swimming Techniques
This study analyzes and applies the improved method of swimming techniques from the biomechanical perspective.First,it explores the biomechanical basis of swimming movements,including force analysis,motion trajectory,and the resistance and propulsion of water.Next,it focuses on improving swimming techniques through data-driven technical analysis and the biomechanical optimization of training methods.Through the empirical research and case analysis of high-level swimmers,this paper evaluates the effects of training intervention strategies and technical improvements based on biomechanics.The study shows that the comprehensive application of biomechanical principles can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of swimming techniques.These findings provide valuable guidance for swimmers and coaches,helping to enhance swimmers'athletic performance and competitive levels.
