The development and application of digital technology,especially the emergence of ChatGPT,has promoted the transformation and development of many industries,including college physical education.The promotion of the construction of digital resources for college physical education courses can mobilize students'enthusiasm for physical education learning,boost the innovation of physical education teaching models,meet the diverse physical education learning needs of students,and promote the achievement of more ideal physical education results.Adopting research methods such as literature,this article first introduces the connotation and development process of digital physical education teaching,then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of promoting the digital resource construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities in China,next combs the core elements of the digital resource construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities,and finally proposes a path for the digital resource construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities,aiming to provide some reference for promoting the high-quality development of physical education in colleges and universities in China.
