Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of the Teaching Reform of College Sports Rehabilitation Health Clubs—A Case Study of Hefei Normal University
The special group of college students can not participate in sports normally because of its special physical reasons,which is not only detrimental to the physical and mental health of the group of students,but also likely to have a negative impact on their future social and professional life.Colleges and universities should provide appropriate sports health platforms for the special group of students,so that every student can participate in sports activities and enjoy the health and vitality brought by sports,so as to promote their healthy growth and lay the foundation for providing useful forces for the future society.The rehabilitation health club is created under the background of the university sports club,and it is worth exploring and discussing how to teach,what teaching conditions are needed and how to further develop in the club teaching mode.
