The public physical education course in colleges and universities has an important status and role in promoting the Healthy China strategy,implementing the concept of health education and promoting students'physical and mental health.With the development of the new era and the change of social demand,the teaching mode of public physical education courses in colleges and universities is facing a series of challenges.This paper aims to study the public physical education teaching mode in colleges and universities from the perspective of Healthy China,and put forward relevant suggestions,in order to improve the teaching effect and quality of public physical education courses in colleges and universities and meet the healthy development needs of students.
